Not buying it. I'm thinking there's about as much truth to this as the non-existent meat shortage we were supposed to have (not once did I experience a problem when I was shopping).

Lmfao you’re in the middle of the country.

Over here in Maryland we couldn’t get shit. Had to drive all over the place to find one store that did.

My area didn’t even have lunch meat for a few days.

Well, unfortunately, it definitely happened in a lot of places, and certain items still are hard to come by (not just meat or TP)...

Their entire motto during this has been, “if it’s not happening in Texas, it’s not happening.”

Now it is happening in Texas and they still won’t admit it.

Still don’t understand the TP hoarding

It's a much lower (per tissue) price than boxed Kleenex etal....People were loading up in anticipation of COVID or other viral infections that produce excessive respiratory expulsion

People are stupid as i think our pathetic educational system has finally caught up with us. Most can't give change, can't speak English and can't navigate and manage their own lives when a government check comes late.

Don't know what to tell you. You do realize the OP is talking about a "return" to a Toilet Paper panic and the meat shortage I'm talking about was well after the start of the pandemic when they were claiming they were closing down some plants? We had nothing of the sort on the meat shortage here in Texas. I also have friends in parts of California, Virginia, North Carolina, and Colorado and none of them had any problem whatsoever buying meat. I honestly think it was just a lot of propaganda to drive up the price (which most said they did experience). If you guys think TP is going to run out, then hoard away.

It isn’t even worthy of a response if what you got out of that was I hoard anything, but okay...lol

I also didn’t suffer one bit on a shortage of anything, some of us hunt and fish, and grow our own...

Shit on the clock at work, mostly, plenty of TP...

Return, aye, Return to whatever, I’ll still be working and going about my way...

The Sybil routine is also not worthy of a response. I'm tired of wasting time with you. Have a nice day.

If that's what makes you feel better, feel free. You have a nice day as well, I'm feeling superb, as always...
